Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking aProject Manager / Scrum Master to support digital workplace initiatives by planning, executing, and monitoring delivery across multiple Agile teams. You will coach teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive transparency and continuous improvement. Apply to help teams deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Plan project delivery activities including execution and monitoring
• Coordinate Agile transformation efforts and coach across multiple teams
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO syncs to surface risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories to team capacity
• Remove impediments or guide teams to remove impediments through coordination and creative problem solving
• Track cross-team dependencies and align with other Scrum Masters to resolve them
• Analyze sprint data to identify risks to sprint goals
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive appropriate corrective actions
• Coach Scrum teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver quality and business value
• Support internal communication to improve transparency and radiate information
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Evaluate ART-level practices and partner with RTE to implement improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience for a software development team
• Bachelor’s degree
• Agile transformation experience across multiple teams
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
