Junior SAP Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Level Support, handling incident and service tickets in accordance with SLA requirements
• Perform technical monitoring of a solution, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the solution
• Collaborate with IT team and end users to analyze, reproduce, and resolve issues
• Use Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project coordination, and documentation
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the custom solution
• Document support processes, resolutions, and client interactions accurately

Requirements

• Motivated individual who is eager to learn
• Understanding of business processes within a company environment
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Residence in Ukraine (remote work is available only for candidates based in Ukraine)
• Practical experience in identifying and resolving technical issues with the solution

Nice to have

• Background in customer support or previous experience as a support agent
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience as a SAP user
