Junior Operational Specialist

We're currently on the lookout for a remote-based Operational Specialist who possesses excellent English communication abilities. No background in the IT sector is necessary to apply for this position. Responsibilities

• Examine and confirm the accuracy of IT professional profiles gathered from multiple regions worldwide, ensuring the information holds up to scrutiny
• Play a part in boosting the company's reputation within the industry while helping draw exceptional talent toward the organization
• Apply company-provided systems, tools, and reference materials skillfully to complete everyday responsibilities with precision

Requirements

• Solid English language skills at B2 or above, allowing for effective and polished workplace communication
• Half a year or more of prior exposure to roles involving administrative duties, sales work, IT-related research, or comparable fields
• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite to handle everyday documentation and reporting tasks
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities that foster smooth teamwork with coworkers and other parties involved
• Capacity to apply logical reasoning and make well-informed choices based on insights gained from earlier situations
• A forward-thinking attitude combined with the ability to adjust smoothly when business circumstances shift
• Aptitude for picking up new information and processes at a fast pace
