Junior Operational Specialist

We are actively seeking a remote Operational Specialist with outstanding English language proficiency. Prior experience in the IT industry is not required. This is an entry-level role that provides training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles, coupled with the unique opportunity to work in an international team setting.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate profiles of IT specialists sourced from a variety of international markets to determine their accuracy and relevance
• Support efforts to strengthen the company's brand reputation and help attract highly qualified professionals to join the organization
• Make effective use of internal company tools, systems, and documentation to carry out daily tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Strong command of English at a B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting
• A minimum of six months of experience in areas such as administrative work, sales, IT research, or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to support daily documentation and reporting needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that support effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills, drawing on lessons from previous experiences or cases
• A proactive mindset paired with the flexibility to adapt to changes within a dynamic business environment
• Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines
