Responsibilities

• Architect interactive gameplay systems that expand player agency beyond scripted boundaries
• Build real-time experiences in Unreal Engine that respond dynamically to player behavior
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLM) into gameplay loops to enable generative interactions
• Define engineering direction, standards, and best practices at a Chief level
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with creative and technical stakeholders
• Prototype and validate new interactive mechanics quickly, then harden them for production
• Optimize performance and stability for complex real-time gameplay systems
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for code quality and technical craft

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Unreal Engine development
• Experience with Unity development
• Experience applying Large Language Models (LLM) in interactive systems
• Chief-level leadership experience guiding engineering direction and standards
• Strong gameplay systems design knowledge for player-driven experiences
• Strong software engineering skills for building scalable real-time systems
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional creative and technical partners
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
