C++ Tools & Automation Developer

We are looking for a C++ Tools & Automation Developer to build and evolve automation solutions that boost engineering efficiency across game development workflows. You will integrate tools into existing pipelines, strengthen CI integrations, and help shape the team’s technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and automation solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Integrate new solutions with existing tools, pipelines, and workflows
• Maintain and enhance automation tools, frameworks, and solutions across multiple titles
• Debug C++ and C# automation code to identify root causes and fix issues
• Build clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that supports long-term scalability
• Integrate automation solutions into CI systems and troubleshoot failures end to end
• Contribute to the team’s technical vision and help guide solution direction

Requirements

• 2+ years of tools and automation development experience in desktop or console gaming environments or similar roles
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teammates and stakeholders
• Ownership mindset to take responsibility for solution quality and reliability
• Unreal Engine experience with game development and automation workflows
• CI/build systems knowledge to integrate and troubleshoot automated pipelines
• Expert debugging skills in C++ and C# to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Version control principles knowledge with practical experience (Perforce preferred)
• Command line tools familiarity with at least one CLI (e.g., Cmd or PowerShell)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to have

• Python scripting skills for automation and tooling
• Unreal Engine automation experience
