AbouttheRole

AsaControlsSystemsTechnician,you'llbecomethetrustedtechnicaladvisorforaportfolioofcustomersites,deliveringcommissioning,maintenance,optimisationandtechnicalsupportforBuildingManagementSystems.

You'llworkdirectlywithcustomerstoimprovebuildingperformance,increaseenergyefficiency,reduceoperationalcostsandmaximisethereturnontheirbuildingassets.

Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewhoenjoyscombininghands-onfieldworkwithtechnicalproblemsolvingandcustomerengagement.

KeyResponsibilities

• Commission,service,maintainandtroubleshootBuildingManagementSystems(BMS)andassociatedbuildingautomationtechnologies.

• Identifyandresolvecomplexcontrols,HVACandbuildingsystemsissuesthroughadvancedfaultfindingandsystemdiagnostics.

• Analysebuildingandplantperformanceusinganalyticsandreportingtoolstooptimiseoperationalefficiencyandenergyperformance.

• Supportthedeliveryofprojectsthroughtesting,commissioningandlow-levelengineeringactivities.

• Buildstrongcustomerrelationshipsbyprovidingtechnicalexpertise,systemreviewsandimprovementrecommendations.

• Workcloselywithproject,engineeringandsalesteamstodeliversuccessfulcustomeroutcomes.

• Mentorandsupportdevelopingtechniciansandapprentices.

• MaintaincompliancewithallJohnsonControlssafety,qualityandoperationalstandards.

• ExperienceworkingwithBuildingManagementSystems(BMS),BuildingAutomationSystems(BAS),HVACcontrols,energymanagementsolutionsormechanicalservicescommissioning.

• TradequalificationinElectrical,Refrigeration,HVAC,Mechatronicsorarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.

• CurrentElectricalLicence(OpenorRestricted)highlydesirable.

• CurrentAustralianDriver'sLicence.

• Strongtroubleshootinganddiagnosticskillsacrossbuildingservicessystems.

• Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkeffectivelyinaproject-drivenenvironment.

• Excellentcommunicationskillsandacustomer-firstapproach.
