The opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to join our team in a dynamic debt recovery role where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio, deliver exceptional customer service, and make a real impact on business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and recovering outstanding debts through a proactive and strategic approach. You’ll explore all available collection avenues, using a combination of negotiation skills, investigation tools, and industry expertise to achieve timely and effective results.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where success is measured not only by achieving revenue targets and service standards, but also by the quality of relationships you build. From engaging with clients and third parties to collaborating with legal partners, you’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Your New role
Delivering a High level of customer service to your portfolio, clients and third parties.
Collecting debts in a timely and effective manner
Ensuring all collection avenues are investigated
Achieving revenue targets and service standards
Issuing litigation, utilising search tools, skip tracing and field calling for outstanding debts
Working effectively as part of a team including contribution of new ideas, process improvements, team activities and incentives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business contacts including legal firms, clients and other external parties as required
About You
Experience in Insurance and or recoveries is highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
The ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks
