Title: Technician I
Location: Midland, TX 79706
Duration: 0-12+ Months
Shift: Night shift position: 7pm - 7am - 12 hour shifts 5 day per week on site,
Pay Rate: $30/hour - $34 /Hour
Job Duties
- Upkeep of machines and equipment use in pipe manufacturing.
- Ordered parts for broken equipment and supplies for the preventative maintenance.
- We did daily checks on all equipment and filters in the entire plant.
- Diagnosed broke equipment electrical and mechanical.
- Also kept the management and supervisors informed of what was wrong and a update on the repairs.
- Also did on call.
- Also would take samples of the oil in the equipment to be sent off to be analyzed.
- This helped determine when the oil in the extruders needed to be replaced.
- We did daily monthly and yearly preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- We also made things to add to equipment to help make things easier and run better.
