To be successful in this role you will:
Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in soldering and small‑parts assembly
Have proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
Have strong attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and an ownership mindset
Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
