Senior Business Functional Analyst (f/m/x)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilledSenior Testing Specialist to join our team, with strong data testing background inbanking area. The ideal candidate will havehigh SQL technical competencies, deepknowledge of testing methodologies,communication and collaborative skills, the drive and the ability tounderstand the data distribution processes within the bank and who can contribute to ourquality assurance effortsacross our key banking applications, byworking closely with our business analysts and development teams, to ensure successful implementation of business and IT solution. It also needs to have agood knowledge on data mapping process and canperform in a very complex IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Driveend to end testing activities across our systems, alsodefining and executing test plans andtest cases based on the business requirements
• Performfunctional, regression and integration testing, working withcross functional teams to identify proper test requirements and scope
• Ensure all found and fixed issues are having theexpected results
• Ensure detailed and completetest documentation for the entire data flow, ensuring all changes are well documented and there is an alignment on methodology and artefacts
• Analyze and support our consumers on the raiseddata quality issues, identifying and reporting any data mapping inconsistencies as well
• Identifysystem enhancements andsupport the implementation teams
• Work closely with product owner, business analyst and IT, to ensure solution align with the business requirement specification
• Providesupport for upstream and downstream users on new processes or system changes
• Assist in system configuration, user acceptance testing and deployment of new functionalities

Skills:

• 3+ years banking experience as data tester
• Strong SQL knowledge,preferably on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Good knowledge ofbanking products and keybanking processes
• Familiarity withdata testing
• Strongcommunication
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a dynamic environment, withmultiple teams across the world
• Details oriented and strongdocumentation skills
• Fluent inEnglish (write/read/speak)
• Excellent knowledge inMS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) and working withJIRA
• Good understanding ofdata warehousing, dataflows, datafeeds
• Ability to understandsystems architecture
