The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedTrade Operations Analystto work in Turkey andsupport our customs operations in Turkey and the Middle East region (mainly in the UAE).
This exciting role plays a crucial role in ensuring that every step of the Trade Operations process is cost-effective, productive, and efficient.You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on Trade Operations activities to resolve issues, optimize Customs Clearance performance, reduce cost, and improve efficiency.As aTrade Operations Analystyou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity andcollaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, youwill make an impact by:
- Dealingwith customs authorities in Turkey and other countries in the Middle East
- Maintaining files, data, and other supporting information for imports and exports for anaudit-ready state and coordinate with internal customers in response to audits or otherrequests for information pertaining to company import / export activities
- Collaborating with cross functional internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain,Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Transport, and Customer Services and CustomerRelations Departments
- Monitoring the efficiency of movement of materials and products within and outside ofthe EMEA Region to ensure safe and efficient delivery, receipt, storage of products
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires thefollowing qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Customs Administration, International Trade, or SupplyChain Management, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in International Trade regulations and customs requirements for import/exports of Medical Products ideally
- Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems required. Proficiency inSAP/GTS, Excel
- Written and spoken Turkish and English, Arabic is a plus
- High-level mathematical and data analytics skills
- Strong communication skills,ability to prioritize and work in a
team environment collaborating with cross functional teams
Work location:
This role isremote, based in Turkey. It may include up to 15-20% travel, domestic/international (Germany mainly).
