The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
· Working incoming new orders and backlogged orders to qualify our product for insurance billing. The person will work closely with our internal sales team, CSR team, external customers, and patients.
· Work closely with the sales and hospital partners to collect documents needed to fulfil billing and payer requirements.
· Provide excellent, professional customer service to all internal and external customers
· Work independently as well as team environment
· Willingness to work rotating Holidays and Weekend coverage
· Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs for life-saving therapy; thrive on having multiple competing priorities

How you will make an impact
- Perform…Research and interpret whether a patient qualifies for services-based payer requirements and clinical factors and
- Execute...Basic ability to prioritize and problem solve complex cases
- Support...Highly disciplined, self-motivated work ethic to work in a hybrid/remote work environment and follow and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Coordinate....Communicate patients’ financial responsibility when necessary
- Prepare... Build support and maintain patient, physician, and third-party payer loyalty and to increase the number of orders through enhanced customer service, customer relationship management, and technology utilization
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher or relevant job experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook email
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Five (5) years of medical record collection in a private, public, government or military environment

Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asuncionat least[4] days per quarter)
