What You Will Do:
Own and grow key client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnership value

  • Driverevenue growth and wallet share expansion through:

    • Contract renewals and renegotiations
    • Expansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox Healthcare service offerings
  • Leadend-to-end account management, including:

    • Financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting accuracy)
    • Operational delivery oversight and service quality
    • Executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and executeaccount strategies (1–3 year horizon) aligned with client objectives and Guidehouse growth priorities

  • Partner cross-functionally withProduct, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to:

    • Improve revenue recognition and billing accuracy
    • Drive automation and process standardization (e.g., invoicing, reporting, workflows)
    • Enable scalable delivery models
  • Leadcomplex commercial discussions and negotiations with healthcare systems and banking clients, including pricing, scope, and contractual terms

  • Ensurecompliance, governance, and risk management, including:

    • Regulatory and contractual obligations (e.g., PCI, data privacy, audit readiness)
    • Engagement governance frameworks and documentation
  • Driveoperational transformation initiatives, including implementation of tools, automation, and service delivery improvements

  • Providementorship to junior account managers and analysts, improving team capability, scalability, and performance

  • Collaborate and work with offshore Delivery centers


What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Consulting within:

    • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Automation, or Financial Services
  • Proven experience managingclient portfolios with ownership of revenue and margin performance

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., ERA, billing, reconciliation)
    • Payment processing and/or bank lockbox operations
  • Demonstrated ability to:

    • Drivecontract negotiations, and client expansion strategies
    • Leadcross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and finance
    • Influencesenior client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Experience withfinancial forecasting, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manageambiguous and complex business challenges

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience working inHealth + Financial Services (banking) intersection, especially payment automation or lockbox services

  • Prior exposure toAI/automation initiatives in billing, reconciliation, or compliance workflows

  • Proven leadership experience managing or mentoringteams and junior associates/managers

  • Experience withclient onboarding and large-scale implementations (multi-client or enterprise rollouts)

  • Familiarity with tools such as:

    • Ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
    • Identity/access platforms (e.g., OKTA)
    • Billing/revenue analytics tools
  • Strong track record in:

    • Process transformation and operational efficiency improvements
    • Drivingcost optimization and margin enhancement

The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
