Role Name: Integration Architect
Work Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)


Work Requirement:
The candidate must be able to work onsite from the customer’s Denver, CO office.
Architecture & Strategy
  • Define the enterprise-wide integration architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and cloud-first initiatives.
  • Apply the TOGAF framework to govern architectural artifacts, principles, standards, and transition states.
  • Architect end-to-end integration patterns, including API-first, event-driven architectures, microservices, and batch integration patterns, across complex telecommunications ecosystems.
Telco Domain Execution
  • Lead the design and integration of core OSS/BSS platforms, including:
    • CRM
    • Billing
    • Charging
    • Order Management
    • Inventory
    • Network Assurance
  • Support complex telecommunications transformation initiatives and automated service activation pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
  • 10+ years of overall experience in IT/Software Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead or Principal Integration Architect within the Telecommunications industry.
Telecommunications Expertise:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex integrations for OSS/BSS transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with automated Service Activation pipelines.
Methodology:
  • Strong practical experience applying TOGAF principles.
  • TOGAF certification is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Integration Paradigms:
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • RESTful APIs
    • gRPC
    • GraphQL
    • Event-Driven Architecture
    • Kafka
    • RabbitMQ
    • Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
Cloud Computing:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including:
    • Kubernetes
    • Docker
  • Experience with cloud and integration platforms such as:
    • MuleSoft
    • Apigee
    • AWS API Gateway
    • Azure Integration Services
Industry Standards:
  • Strong familiarity with TM Forum frameworks, including:
    • Frameworx
    • TAM
    • eTOM
    • SID
    • TM Forum Open APIs
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and constraints to non-technical business executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess, deconstruct, and modernize legacy technical environments and technical debt.
Preferred Qualifications
  • TOGAF 9.x or TOGAF 10 Certification.
  • TM Forum Certified Professional.
  • Cloud Architecture Certification, such as:
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
    • Google Professional Cloud Architect
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
