Pay Range: $50 - $55.28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate designs for manufacturability improvements and implement changes
Develop robust processes that drive product and business goals
Test products and analyze data to publish results
Perform failure analysis using formal processes and communicate findings
Create documentation and communicate status updates to leadership
Train factory personnel during transition activities
Travel within the US and/or internationally may be required - 10%

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1.5 years professional experience
Degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
Must be a US Citizen due to program security requirements
Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience with inertial instruments
Six Sigma certification and demonstrated use of tools
Mastery of design tools appropriate for the field (MiniTab, Access, MS Office Suite, etc.)
Previous program experience and success
