JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and digital transformation requirements.
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business processes aligned with SI1/SI2 digital initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/Design, Architecture, Development, QA, and Delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support the prioritization of requirements and maintain traceability from business needs through solution implementation.
- Identify business process gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts related to proposed digital solutions.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including the development of test scenarios, validation of business requirements, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Collaborate with delivery teams throughout the SDLC to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet intended business outcomes.
- Prepare business process documentation, presentations, status updates, and other artifacts required for stakeholder communication.
- Support change management, implementation readiness, and post-production validation as required.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies.
