Role Name: Business Analyst
Location: Madison, WI

Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst with a strong background in mainframe technologies and banking/payment systems.
Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
Strong mainframe background with experience inCOBOL, JCL, and DB2.
Experience working onbanking and/or payment-related projects.
Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience inSQL.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted bridge between business users and technical teams.
Ability to clearly communicate:
- Business and product requirements.
- Business value and priorities.
- Risks and impacts.
- Technology implications.
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within anAgile environment.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners to refine and maintain the Product Backlog.
Ability to support development teams by clarifying backlog stories and requirements.
Experience working closely with Scrum Masters on Agile sprint planning.

Good to Have:

Strong mainframe background.
H13 experience/knowledge, if applicable.
