JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter platforms.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of Guidewire configuration initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Lead Guidewire configuration and customization activities across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Guidewire best practices.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide guidance on Guidewire configuration components, including:
- Product Model
- PCF (Page Configuration Format)
- Typelists
- Gosu Programming
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Data Model Extensions
- Integrations
- Lead a team of Guidewire developers and configuration specialists.
- Participate in requirement analysis and solution design workshops.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Estimate effort, identify risks, and support project planning activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and SDLC methodologies.
- Work closely with business analysts,
