JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using C, C++, Python, and Golang.
- Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume, low-latency systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components and integrate them with backend services.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement best practices for security, data protection, and compliance within financial systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions in collaboration with support teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with C, C++, Golang, and Python.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with Python development.
- Good understanding of Java.
- Familiarity with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of caching and performance tools such as Redis, Elasticsearch, and profiling tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory/compliance requirements within banking environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
