ASPIRE Diagnostics is looking for several PMO Coordinators for the deployment of ASPIRE to the Indianapolis DIA Ops & Megasite Wave 5b . This role will be part of the ASPIRE Project Management Office (PMO) for Wave 5b as well as the global ASPIRE PMO Network, working closely with the ASPIRE Diagnostics PMO professionals.

ASPIRE is a Roche-wide business transformation program that aims to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions for Roche that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise, the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the Roche enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core - a technology that will replace Roche’s existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP, available to all Roche entities around the globe, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.
Main Function
The purpose of the PMO Coordinator role is to ensure that all PMO aspects of the ASPIRE Deployment are considered, understood, and followed. The PMO Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the PMO deployment toolkit is adopted and all deliverables are completed. This role is in close contact with the global ASPIRE Diagnostics PMO wave Lead and is a local deployment team member. The PMO Coordinator supports the local/site deployment lead, the local functional leaders, and the affected employees in all aspects of Project Management for ASPIRE in managing and is accountable for owning the program management methodology and planning for the successful go-live of this deployment wave.
Tasks & Responsibilities
â—Ź Provides guidance, operationalizes and monitors the execution of work, constantly connecting our delivery organization
Follows ASPIRE Methodologies and Governance and to execute PMO processes
Participates in deployment PMO activities in close collaboration with the Wave PMO Lead for the ASPIRE DIA Ops Megasite Wave 5b for assigned service team or focused project effort.
Drives all key PMO activities associated with the project and works closely with the PMO Wave Lead, Deployment Leads, technical teams, and implementation partner(s) to ensure successful delivery of the program.
Incorporates and enhances functional/project specifics to ensure milestones are properly linked to overall milestones (critical path)
Works closely with the Wave PMO Lead in ensuring best practices in project management are applied throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinates activities in order for the project and functional teams to meet established milestones, including any special ASPIRE related projects that need full PM assistance
Follows Change Control Process for the respective areas of responsibility
Ensures any additional templates and documentation management, tools otherwise not provided by the program are in place to support the teams as needed
Drives reporting activities and provide accurate status updates and reporting
Execution of operational project management for the wave level activities
Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Decisions Management and Scope management
Schedule Management
Management of Status & Progress Reporting

Who you are (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related specialization areas
5 years’ experience as a project manager
Solid Project Management skills with a proven track record in the successful management of large project streams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts
Strength in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work across multiple international time zones
Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
Nice to Haves
Former Roche Commercial or Operations experience is preferred
Experience in large IT Service Management Projects
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred
