We’re hiring for 7 openings for U.S.-based bilingual Spanish/English representatives who like clear tasks, stable work, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to book appointments
• Take inbound calls from members
• Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits
• Update scheduling systems quickly and accurately
• Escalate urgent member needs when they come up

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 1+ year of call center, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Reliable, on-time work habits
• Comfort working remotely while staying focused on accurate, timely follow-through
