TheOperations Specialist provides back-office operational support to the Network Team, ensuring the correct placement of merchants in the company’s site & app and the accuracy and completeness of transactional data. The role operates under the direction of the Partner Sales Manager and is key to maintaining a clear, accurate, and up-to-date merchant advertisement & billing data in line with Up Hellas culture and standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Partners Sales Manager on strategy definition and execution
- Monitor and achieve defined KPIs
- Manage all operational activities in the main system: block MIDs, provide back-office information to the team
- Ongoing maintenance and continuous update of the merchant network data
- Regular checks of uninvoiced transactions for any missing MID/BIDs from merchants
- Process manual invoicing for uninvoiced transactions
- Maintain a persistent and results-driven approach in all tasks
- Ensure high levels of service quality and responsiveness to client needs
- Work regularly with the Partners Sales Manager to deliver on KPIs within set timeframes
- Support company efforts to optimize ways of working and act as a role model
- Collaborate effectively with peers across the organization

- Support new initiatives within the area of responsibility
- Act according to company instructions in emergency or exceptional situations
Qualifications & skills
- University degree (Bachelor's)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Network, Customer Experience or Sales department (team management not required)
- Greek – Fluent (written & spoken). English or any additional language will be considered a plus
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good knowledge of market and business trends; communication & negotiation skills are a plus
