We are seeking a talented and results-drivenAnalytics Engineer to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong understanding ofdata modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows. You will work closely with our data, engineering, and business teams to buildscalable and maintainable data models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

Your Main Missions:

• Design, develop, and maintaindbt (Data Build Tool) transformations to ensure clean, well-structured, and efficient data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers tooptimize data pipelines and enhance data quality.
• Develop and optimizeSQL-based transformations and queries for performance and efficiency.
• Support the processing of high-volume and streaming data using tools such asApache Spark andKafka.
• Build and maintainBI-ready datasets that support data analysts and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with business teams totranslate requirements into data models and transformations.
• Build and iterate onAI/ML models such as churn prediction and forecasting, from feature preparation through to deployment.
• Provide support and guidance ondata visualization tools and ensure business users have access to trusted data sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data transformations, models, and governance practices to support workflow automation and trusted data access.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science) will be considered a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases likeMySQL,PostgreSQL, as well asNoSQLdatabases likeMongoDB. Also experience withClickhouse DB orApache Druidwill be considered a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, including data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration tools likeApache Airflow, as well as data transformation frameworks such asdbt.
• Experience with distributed data processing tools such asApache Spark, and streaming/event platforms likeApache Kafka, will be considered a plus.
• Experience working withBI tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience withAI/ML techniques (e.g., churn prediction, forecasting, classification models) will be considered a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such asAzure, GCP, or AWSis a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
