This role sits at the heart of the UNLEASH mission. As a Delegate Relations Executive you will be the connector â the person who brings the worldâs most forwardâthinking HR leaders into the conversations that matter. Youâllengage CHROs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of HR, understand their priorities, and invite them into the highâlevel content experiences that define UNLEASH.Â
Your work directly shapes the quality, influence, and strategic depth of our events. Youâre not filling seats â youâre directly curating the HR leaders who will drive the next era of workforce transformation whilst also working with our partners to ensure a seamless experience for them at our events.Â
This is a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration with other departments and a critical aspect of this role will be engagement with Senior HR Leaders and providing them with a true UNLEASH experience through relationship management, tailored engagement and active appointment setting at their level.Â
What Youâll DoÂ
Champion the UNLEASH mission by identifying and engaging senior HR leaders who are shaping the future of work.Â
Build strategic profiles of CHROs, VPs, and Heads of HR to understand their challenges, ambitions, and areas of innovation.Â
Invite executives into highâvalue experiences â from curated roundtables to 1:1 meetings to exclusive content sessions.Â
Manage and schedule seniorâlevel meetings, ensuring a seamless, premium experience for delegates and partners.Â
Grow and maintain a highâintegrity network of HR leaders, capturing insights that elevate our community and content strategy.Â
Engage new markets with confidence, building relationships from the ground up in an autonomous, highâownership role.Â
Represent UNLEASH onsite, ensuring our events deliver the exceptional, humanâcentred experience weâre known for.Â
Act as a trusted voice of the brand, communicating with credibility, empathy, and a deep understanding of HR leadership priorities.Â

ExperienceÂ
Minimum 3+ yearsâ experience in delegate acquisition, audience development, or seniorâlevel outreach within the B2B conference industry with a key focus on relationship management.Â
Proven track record managing 1:1 meetings, roundtables, or executiveâlevel engagements.Â
Experience working with or engaging the HR industry is preferable.Â
Background in clientâfacing roles, ideally involving senior stakeholdersÂ
Experience working autonomously in a fastâpaced, commercially driven environmentÂ

Exceptional communication and social selling skills.Â
Tenacious, articulate and confident in engaging at a C-suite/Director/Head of level.Â
Skilled in strategic profiling, research, and understanding executive priorities and language.Â
Confident in coordinating and scheduling highâvalue executive meetingsÂ
Competent in CRM usage, data management, and pipeline organisationÂ
Ability to navigate new markets, identify opportunities, and build relationships from scratchÂ
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detailÂ
Experience of providing customer service at a senior level.Â
