We are looking for aMarketing Analyst (Web Acquisition). Our Analytics team is looking for someone to take ownership of how we measure, understand, and improve paid traffic across our web products. You will analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns, dig into traffic quality and monetization, and turn raw data into dashboards and recommendations that our marketing and User Acquisition teams act on daily. It's a hands-on role for someone who treats SQL, BI, and Python as everyday tools, is comfortable testing hypotheses alongside performance marketers, and wants their analysis to directly shape how we scale acquisition across millions of users in Tier-1 and international markets.

In this role, you will

  • Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns
  • Search for growth points in marketing metrics
  • Build and automate marketing dashboards
  • Analyze the quality of acquired traffic and its monetization
  • Develop recommendations for the marketing team
  • Test hypotheses on ad campaign optimization together with the User Acquisition team
  • Draw conclusions and propose solutions that improve traffic-buying efficiency and marketing ROI

It's all about you

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
  • Solid understanding of statistics
  • Experience with Python
  • Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing
  • Experience collaborating with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify root causes of changes, not just describe the numbers
  • Ability to build and defend clear business conclusions and recommendations
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills

Would be a plus

  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude in your analytical work
