The Opportunity:

For our international team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Customer Service Specialist – Order Management (full-time) who delivers an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and tailored solutions. As we understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, we offer a hybrid working model with flexible hours, so called home office and only a few in-office days in Vienna.

 

This position is based remote in a home office in Slovenia.

Current employment type possible is independent contractor based on our service contract!

Preferred working hours (flexibility available):
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 PM to 17:00 PM

 

You will be part of our nine-member Customer Service team and work closely with colleagues, sales, logistics, and suppliers.

     Who we're looking for:

    • Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in an international environment (career changers are welcome)
    • Completed commercial or technical training is an advantage
    • Very good command of Slovenian, English and German. (additional foreign languages are a plus)
    • Confident handling of ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a professional and excellent customer experience
    • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment

     

    How you will thrive and make an impact:

    • End-to-end support of an assigned customer portfolio, including ongoing communication regarding order status and potential delays
    • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email related to orders, deliveries, and invoices
    • Close and, above all, proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience
    • Ensuring a smooth order process, including handling returns and complaints
    • Maintenance of master data in our CRM system (SAP-based)

    Salary: starting from EUR 2,500 gross/month (full-time equivalent), with the possibility of higher pay depending on experience.
