Senior Accountant

• Job Type: 6 month W2 Contract

About the Role

We are looking for aSenior Accountant to join our Global Intercompany Team! In this critical role, you will be an essential driver of our company's month-end close process and global transfer pricing compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing intercompany transactions within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. You thrive when working with large volumes of data, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating globally to resolve financial differences.

What You’ll Do

• Month-End Close: Support the monthly intercompany close process for assigned entities and regions, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Reconciliations & Settlements: Perform detailed reconciliations of intercompany accounts and oversee the end-to-end process for settling intercompany balances.

• Transfer Pricing: Set up and maintain transfer pricing calculations iniCAN (our in-house Intercompany Accounting and Netting tool).

• Journal Entries: Prepare and review accurate intercompany journal entries.

• Variance Analysis: Conduct intercompany account analysis, investigating balance differences, aging items, and reconciling gaps while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.

• FX & Operations: Support foreign exchange (FX) analysis and clearing activities related to transactions, settlements, and collections on behalf.

• Special Projects: Assist with operational activities for new entity setups, M&A integrations, and restructurings impacting intercompany accounting.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of professional experience in public accounting or in a Senior Accountant role within a multinational corporation.

• Active CPA certification or equivalent professional designation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, business partnering, and intercompany accounting in a multi-currency international environment.

• Prior experience in Big 4 public accounting.

• Hands-on experience with large-scale accounting systems (Oracle ERP preferred).

• Exceptional data analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

• Familiarity with global transfer pricing compliance.
