We are looking for aQuality Assurance Analyst to join our Cambridge‑based delivery teams, working on one of the highest‑volume global payment platforms in the world. Our platform processes millions of transactions daily, with a strong emphasis onrobustness, security, scalability, and quality engineering excellence.

You will be part of across‑functional agile team consisting of developers, QA analysts, product owners, and a scrum master. Each team owns its backlogend‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery andpost‑live support, operating within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks as appropriate.
What You Will Be Doing
As aQuality Assurance Analyst, you will contribute to delivering high‑quality software by supporting quality engineering and testing activities, collaborating closely with your team, and building strong technical and domain knowledge. You’ll help test and perfect fintech products that change the way people around the world pay, bank, and invest.
You will:
Contribute to the design and planning oftest plans and test strategies for projects and applications
Support test planning activities foragile deliveries, working within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe teams
Analyse requirements and user stories to understandrisk and derive effectivemanual and automated test coverage
Execute testing thoroughly to assure software quality, includingtest case execution, exploratory testing, and automated test execution
Analyse and report onquality risks based on manual and automation results, producing defect reports andtest completion reports
Contribute torelease support activities
Create automated tests to progress automation work items and enhance the existing test suite (e.g. using Selenium)
Support and maintain thetest automation framework, contributing to new features, existing functionality, and bug fixes
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner, keepingprogress and risks visible
Actively contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives, recommending quality and process improvements where appropriate
What You Will Need
Practical experience working in aQuality Assurance or Test Automation role, supporting automated and manual testing activities
Curiosity – you ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day
Familiarity with working in anagile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), ideally within complex systems
Hands‑on experience withtest automation, including creating and maintaining automated tests (e.g. using Selenium WebDriver and Java)
A solid understanding ofsoftware testing principles, including test planning, estimation, prioritisation, andrisk‑based testing
Exposure toagile testing practices such as BDD, TDD, or similar approaches
Ability to analyse requirements and user stories, identifyingrisks and appropriate test coverage
An understanding ofquality management methods, tools and technologies, with a mindset focused oncontinuous improvement
Strong collaboration and communication skills
UNIX and SQL skills
A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience.

Experience working in aglobal online business, fintech, payments, or other complex industries
