About the Role

We are seeking experiencedCarpenters forKitchen and Bathroom renewal projects within thesocial housing sector acrossNorth West London.

This role is ideal for self‑employed carpenters looking forsteady, long-term work on a well‑organised programme in occupied properties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Kitchen fitting andBathroom carpentry works
• InstallingKitchen units (approx.6–12 units per day)
• Fitting worktops and worksurfaces
• Installing fire doors (door only, no frame)
• Upgrading door hinges and handles
• Installing architraves and skirting
• Installing bath frames and bath panels
• Installing plywood and wooden boxing
• Building stud walls
• Working alongside other trades to meet programme targets

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic/social housing
• NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
• Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for: 

• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
• Good conversational English
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
