Role Overview
We are seeking a seniorRegional Sales Leader to lead and scale a high-performing team of Client Executives. This role is responsible for executing Unisys’ growth strategy at a regional level, drivingprofitable revenue growth, new business acquisition, and expansion within key strategic accounts.
You will leada team of 12 direct reports, partnering closely with executive leadership, solutioning, and delivery teams to build a strong pipeline and close complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Client Executives, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
Own and deliverregional sales strategy, aligned to Unisys’ global growth objectives
Set, track, and optimiseannual quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics
Drivepipeline creation and new logo acquisition, alongside expansion within existing strategic accounts
Partner with senior leadership to shape and executego-to-market strategies for priority sectors and offerings
Champion acompelling Unisys value proposition, integrating digital workplace, cloud, AI, and mainframe capabilities
Build and maintainC-suite relationships, influencing complex buying decisions through thought leadership and outcome-led conversations
Lead teams in identifying client challenges and definingtransformational roadmaps and business solutions
Collaborate with solution, delivery, and technology teams to ensurereadiness to scale and win complex deals
Ownforecasting, budgeting, and performance management, including variance analysis and strategic adjustments
Monitorcompetitive landscape and market trends, adapting strategy to maintain differentiation and growth
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Proven track record in enterprise technology sales leadership, with 12+ years’ experience
8+ years leading high-performing sales teams, ideally across multiple geographies or large regions
Experience managing large, complex deals and multi-million-dollar pipelines
Strong background in managed services, digital workplace, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms
Exposure to or understanding of mainframe environments and modernisation strategies
Strong grasp of AI-driven solutions and their application in enterprise transformation
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at C-suite level
Highly commercial, with strong forecasting, negotiation, and deal-shaping capabilities
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin highly desirable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Postgraduate / MBA preferred
