As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, while continuously monitoring the scalability and performance of delivered software. Leading by example, the role fosters an environment of innovation and quality assurance throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to design and implement customizations that align with business requirements and technical constraints.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
