AsaLATAM SIBG Pricing Operations Specialist,you will play a key rolein supporting the execution of pricing processes across the Safety and Industrial Business Group (SIBG) in Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with theoperational teams, sales, marketing, finance, andGlobalPricing teams tosupport the implementation of pricing initiatives, assist with governance processes, monitor keyindicators, and help drive operational excellence across pricing-related activities.  

The impact you willmake in this role 

• You will support the execution of LATAMPriceChanges according to defined timelines and business priorities, while coordinating with localteams to ensure alignment and effective implementation. 

• You will monitor pricing KPIs, including Area Price Index performance, price realization, and execution accuracy, using strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 

• You will assist in maintaining pricing governance processes for deals, promotions, and other pricing activities, helping improvethe processes, tools, reporting, and operational discipline. 

• You will collaborate withother areas to translate customer and business needs into actionable pricing insights, leveraging tools such as Power BI,Power Apps,Vendavo,3MAI Tools and similar platforms. 

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:  

• Strong analytical skillswith advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis tools, and the ability to translatethe results into actionable business insights. 

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. 

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across business, commercial, finance, and operations teams in a dynamic regional environment. 

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics, Engineering, International Business,Marketingor related field. 

• English proficiency and Spanish fluency required. 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:  

• AdvancedPortuguese level.  

• Strategic reaction toprocess changes.
