Head of Analog Design (m/f/d) - Executive

We are seeking an executive leader (m/f/d) with deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design to lead a strategically important global organization. In this role, you will drive innovation, technology leadership, and organizational excellence while shaping next-generation semiconductor solutions for demanding automotive applications.

As Head of Analog Design (m/f/d), you will lead a global organization of highly skilled engineers across multiple locations worldwide. You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's analog design strategy, ensuring world-class designs, engineering excellence and enabling sustainable business growth through innovative semiconductor solutions. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the long-term Analog Design strategy aligned with business objectives
• Leading, mentoring, and developing leaders, and engineering teams across global sites
• Overseeing the complete analog IC development lifecycle from concept through production readiness
• Driving technology innovation, development excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with design houses, universities, foundries, OSATs, and ecosystem partners
• Managing budgets, resource allocation, capability development, and organizational growth
• Influencing product portfolio decisions, technology roadmaps, and business case development
• Representing the company in industry forums, conferences, and strategic technology networks

• Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or comparable qualification
• Long term experience in semiconductor and IC development
• Experience managing substantial budgets, resources, and organizational growth
• Proven track record of bringing complex semiconductor products to mass production and building high-performing engineering organizations
• Significant leadership experience within international R&D organizations
• Demonstrated success leading diverse, geographically distributed teams
• Recognized technology and people leader (m/f/d) with deep expertise in analog design and semiconductor technologies
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership capabilities
