You will take ownership ofGo-To-Market for our digital product portfolio and drive its commercial success. Acting as the bridge betweenProduct, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you ensure that product value is clearly positioned, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted across markets. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — with strong impact on our digital growth, revenue contribution, and customer adoption.

What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities

• Shape and further develop ourGo-To-Market strategies for digital products
• Defineproduct positioning, messaging, and value propositions
• Driveproduct launches and cross-functional execution together with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
• Align stakeholders acrossProduct, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on GTM plans
• Translatecustomer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into clear narratives and actions
• Createsales enablement materials, storytelling assets, and demos
• Identifytarget segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
• Supportpricing, packaging, and commercial models
• Support product adoption and growth initiatives across markets
• Analyze and optimizemarket performance, funnel metrics, and adoption data to optimize Go-To-Market effectiveness
• Contribute to buildingstructures, processes, and best practices in the area of SaaS GTM from scratch

• 5+ years’ experience inProduct Marketing, Go-To-Market, or B2C, B2B SaaS roles
• Experience working in a high paced environment
• Strong understanding ofSaaS business models, customer journeys, and GTM strategies
• Ability to turncomplex products into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience workingcross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Hands-on mindset with a drive tobuild and improve
• Strongcommunication, storytelling, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English is a must, German is a big plus
• Located in Austria and eligible work permit required
• Work with the team 2 days a week (minimum) in the Doka HQ office in Amstetten

• Experience inconstruction tech or industrial SaaS

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 47.587,- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
