Main Responsibilities
1. Demand Planning & SchedulingĀ
- Support material and demand planning
- Schedule and manage procurement orders based on demandĀ and dispositionĀ
2. Purchase Order ExecutionĀ
- Process requisitions into accurate, timely purchase orders
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, dispatch, and deliveryĀ
- Verify and process order confirmations and delivery notesĀ
- Call off global contracts and framework agreementsĀ
3. Supplier & Claims ManagementĀ
- Serve as the main contact for supplier queries and communicationĀ
- Handle supplier complaints, claims and escalationĀ
- Maintain supplier master data including contact persons, language variants and local inputĀ
4. Inventory & Material ManagementĀ
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activitiesĀ
- ManageĀ processesĀ forĀ material ordersĀ andĀ extended workbenchĀ
5. Process Improvement & CollaborationĀ
- Work with strategic procurement colleagues to implement P2P initiativesĀ
- Support process efficiency, volume consolidation and transaction cost reductionĀ for the Area Europe
- Collaborate with global Procurement, the Area Team EuropeĀ and other stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P executionĀ
- Business, technical or commercial degree; procurementĀ diploma or equivalent experienceĀ
- Min. 1-3 yearsā operational procurement experience in a professional organizationĀ
- Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP systemsĀ
- Knowledge of P2P processes, order management and procurement technologyĀ
- Understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures and import/export documentation would be an advantage
- Strong collaborative skillsĀ andĀ positive attitudeĀ
- Ability to build relationships and networks across functions and leadership levelsĀ
- Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-drivenĀ combined with hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in Englishāoral and writtenāacross multiple audiences including suppliers, internal teams and management; German is a plus
