Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Financial Analyst,located in SĂŁo JosĂ© dos Campos, SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil.Â
The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance teamis responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows,costing and intercompany pricing.PIC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions,analysis and reporting areaccurate and compliant in line withKenvue guidelines. Â
The Financial Analyst will support the execution of key PICC activities related to Principal operations, intercompany pricing, inventory accounting, profit elimination, costing, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration across multiple functions, and the ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.Â

WhatYou Will Do  Â
The Financial Analyst maybe responsible for the following:Â Â
General PICCResponsibilities Â
Support intercompany transactions, pricing activities, and profit elimination processes.Â
Prepare and analyze inventory, costing, and principal-related financial reports.Â
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.Â
Perform analysis of intercompany margins, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial impacts.Â
Assist in monitoring currency impacts and related reporting requirements.Â
Support preparation of forecasts, budgets, and financial estimates.Â
Execute reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data within SAP and reporting systems.Â
Partner with Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, and Commercial Finance teams to resolve operational and financial issues.Â
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts.Â
Support internal and external audit requirements.Â
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.Â
Participate in ad-hoc projects and business initiatives asrequired.Â

Required Qualifications Â
A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree isrequired in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business ManagementÂ
Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)Â
Experience in financial analysis, costing, inventory accounting, or supply chain financeÂ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of dataÂ
Experience working with cross-functional teams andidentifying process improvementsÂ
Â
Desired Qualifications Â
Experience with systemsmainly SAP / Microsoft office/ Business Intelligence ToolsÂ
Experience as Finance or related business partner Â
Strong communication and presentation skills Â
