Onsite Account Manager - Full Time

We are recruiting for an onsite Account Manager to join our team at Hams Hall Coleshill for our client a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL.  Experience as an account manager, onsite manager, or consultant is required but full training will be provided. Working hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak

Salary : £30,000 to £32,000 per year

 Key Duties as an Onsite Account Manager

• To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of JobandTalent

• Working as part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team

• Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs

• Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning

• Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries and ad hoc duties

• Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site’s recruitment plan

• To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes

As an Onsite Account Manager, you will need to have:

• A good standard of verbal and written English

• Good communication and organisational skills

• People management skills

• Flexible approach to shifts and working hours

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
