Apply knowledge of business and technology to allow for the development of integrated solutions to resolve technical and business issues Serve as a liaison between internal customers and functional IT departments during the initial phases of development efforts for various business initiatives. Following BA principles and accepted methodologies, define the system and functional requirements of technical projects.

• Apply working knowledge of systems and Business Analysis to analyze and develop integrated
solutions to resolve technical issues for small to medium-sized custom development projects
• Assist senior level Business Analyst in requirements gathering and research support for larger,
more complex projects.
• Assist in the analysis and design of new business processes around requirements definition,
information gathering, and consistent documentation methodologies.
• Using multiple information gathering techniques, conduct facilitated sessions with customers to
define detailed business requirements for solution development. Establish and maintain clear
scope boundaries for the solution.
• Develop precise documentation of prioritized functional requirements that can directly be converted to test plans, use cases, and system conceptual designs.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases to the designers, ensuring there is a clear and
concise understanding of requirements.
• Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance
testing.
• Continue to build on technical and business knowledge to better understand the link between
business and technology.
• Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the project work plan
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Education - Min/Preferred Education Level:  Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work.

Minimum Years of Experience:   3+ years of relevant work experience.
Skills and Certifications:
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of desktop software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work
assignments.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables
and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding
the job.
• Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or coworkers
at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.

The annual salary pay range for this role at the noted location is $64,000 to $98,400 . The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
