Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Help set up event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Build positive relationships with event attendees and prospective customers.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Assist with follow-up activities after promotional events when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
