Site Manager | Fabrication | Qatar

We are looking for an experiencedSite Manager – Mechanical to oversee site erection, piping, installation, and related construction activities for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervisesite erection, piping, and mechanical installation activities.

• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.

• Ensure compliance withHSE, quality, and project requirements.

• Review and resolve site technical and construction issues.

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project management.

• Ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation of completed works.

• Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and project handover activities as required.

Required Experience & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech inMechanical Engineering.

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction/site management.

• Strong experience insite erection and piping works.

• Must have experience inOil & Gas, Petrochemical, and/or Refinery projects.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and piping activities.

• Good understanding of project schedules, drawings, specifications, and construction procedures.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams effectively.

• Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
