We are supporting a cutting-edge company building anAI-first coding platform (think Replit) and looking for aSoftware Architect with strong AI/Agentic experience to lead this initiative.

 

Challenge

We’re looking for aSoftware Architect who can design the future of software development—whereautonomous AI agents and human developers collaborate seamlessly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection ofAI, system design, and developer platforms, and is excited to build systems where agents canplan, write, test, and deploy code autonomously.

You will play a key role in defining howagentic workflows, LLM reasoning loops, and developer tooling come together in a scalable, production-grade platform.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and lead the development of anAI-first coding platform.

  • Design systems whereAI agents and developers collaborate in real time.

  • Build and implementagentic systems capable of:

    • Planning tasks

    • Writing code

    • Running tests

    • Deploying applications

  • IntegrateLLMs (especially Claude) into production workflows.

  • Designtool-use (function calling) and agent orchestration layers.

  • Implement strategies forlong-context management and multi-step reasoning loops.

  • Define architecture forscalable, distributed AI systems on AWS.

  • Evaluate when to leverage.NET or alternative ecosystems, ensuring the best tool for each challenge.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to bring architecture into production.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as aSoftware Architect or Staff+ Engineer.

  • Proven experience building or designingAI/agentic systems.

  • Deep understanding of:

    • LLM integrations (especially Claude or similar models)

    • Function calling / tool-use patterns

    • Agent orchestration and reasoning loops

    • Prompt engineering and context management

  • Hands-on experience withAWS and complex cloud-native architectures.

  • Strong background indistributed systems and scalable platform design.

  • Experience working across different stacks (current foundation in.NET, but openness to other ecosystems).

  • Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in fast-evolving environments.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.

  • English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience buildingdeveloper platforms or coding tools.

  • Familiarity with tools likeReplit, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs.

  • Experience withmulti-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

  • Background inDevOps automation or CI/CD pipelines powered by AI.

  • Exposure toproduct-led engineering environments.
