In this opportunity, you will join a product engineering team building a next-generationcloud-native SaaS platform from the ground up. You'll work alongside architects, product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software while embracingAI-first development practices that accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.

Challenge

We are looking for aPrincipal Full Stack Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with hands-on software development and technical leadership.

This is a highly impactful role where you'll own features end-to-end, define architecture, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices across the organization.

You'll help shape modern, AI-assisted software development workflows, leveraging tools likeGitHub Copilot,Cursor, andClaude Code to deliver production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, shift-left engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalableSaaS applications using.NET,Angular,SQL Server/PostgreSQL, andAWS.
• Own end-to-end delivery, from domain modeling and backend services to frontend implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• LeverageAI-assisted development tools to generate production-ready code and accelerate engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Architects to define application architecture and validate technical approaches through proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Design solutions using modern architectural patterns includingDomain-Driven Design (DDD),CQRS,Event-Driven Architecture,Backend-for-Frontend (BFF), andAPI Gateway.
• Develop modernAngular applications using standalone components,Signals,RxJS, andReactive Forms.
• Design efficient data models and optimize database performance for scalable applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Promote engineering excellence through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience as aPrincipal Engineer,Lead Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency inC#,.NET,Entity Framework,Angular, andSQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience withDDD,CQRS,REST APIs,Event-Driven Architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, multi-tenantSaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL optimization, data modeling,Redis, andOpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Experience with automated testing,CI/CD,Git, Agile methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools, as well as static analysis tools such asSonarQube andMend.
• Hands-on experience usingGitHub Copilot,Cursor,Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Strong communication, mentoring, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience withAWS services such asECS/Fargate,Lambda,SQS/SNS,S3, andRDS.
• Experience withTerraform orAWS CDK.
• Knowledge ofGraphQL,WebSockets, orServer-Sent Events (SSE).
• Experience withPlaywright orSmartBear TestComplete.
• Experience usingDatadog,CloudWatch, orNew Relic.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications usingLLMs,RAG, orModel Context Protocol (MCP).
