Education

• Medical degree.
• Specialization, certification, or diploma inOccupational Medicine, Occupational Health, or a related field is preferred.

Language

• Basic English communication skills.

Professional Experience

• Minimum2 years of experience in a similar occupational health or workplace medical role.

Technical & Occupational Health Skills

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards, includingOSHA and NIOSH guidelines.
• Knowledge of the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Ability to identify and managebiological, physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks in the workplace.
• Experience conducting occupational medical evaluations, including:
  • Pre-employment/entry examinations
  • Periodic medical examinations
  • Exit medical examinations
• Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational physiology.
• Ability to manage and coordinateCOVID-19 testing and related health protocols.
• Ability to analyze medical information and preparemanagement and executive reports.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and data analysis tools.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate health recommendations, preventive measures, and medical plans to employees.
• Empathy and sensitivity when working with employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage and resolve workplace health-related conflicts.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withHuman Resources, Safety, Operations, and other departments.
• Ability to maintain strictconfidentiality of employee medical information and records.

• Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate medical evaluations, health programs, and workplace health initiatives.

Certifications

• Certification or training inOccupational Health and Safety is preferred, such as:
  • COHN
  • OSHA
  • NIOSH
  • Other relevant occupational health certifications

Additional Requirement

• Personal vehicle is preferred to support emergency response needs when required.
