Role Summary

The Manager, IT Delivery – Agentic AI & Innovation leads a high-performing technical team responsible for designing, developing, and scalingnext-generation AI-driven platforms and automation solutions across Corporate Systems and the enterprise.

This role drivesenterprise innovation through Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and workflow transformation, enabling measurable business value and improved client outcomes. The position partners with business and technology leaders toreimagine end-to-end processes, advancing beyond traditional automation intoautonomous, AI-enabled workflows and decisioning models. 

The role aligns to Business Enablement Platforms (BEP) and Enterprise Productivity & Enablement (EP&E) objectives to deliverscalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions, contributing to enterprise-wide productivity, innovation, and value realization targets. 

This leader also fosters a culture grounded ininnovation, collaboration, and crew development, consistent with BEP’s mission to accelerate high-impact outcomes through agile execution and disruptive technology. 

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Innovation

• Define and drive theAgentic AI strategy across BEP platforms, aligning to enterprise and Corporate Systems priorities

• Lead the design and implementation ofmulti-agent systems and autonomous workflows

• AdvanceAI-powered workflow capabilities such as intelligent routing, decision automation, and self-optimizing processes 

• Build and scale a pipeline ofhigh-impact AI use cases, accelerating time from concept to production

Business Value Delivery

• Identify, prioritize, and deliverAI and automation initiatives that generate measurable business value

• Driveprocess reimagination efforts to improve productivity, efficiency, and client experience

• Support enterprise value objectives, includingAI-driven productivity and automation outcomes 

Delivery & Platform Leadership

• Leadend-to-end technology delivery across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Oversee delivery ofenterprise automation and workflow platforms (e.g., UiPath, Appian, QuickSuite)

• Ensure solutions aresecure, scalable, and resilient, meeting operational excellence standards

• Drive adoption ofAI-assisted development and engineering practices

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business sponsors, product teams, and enterprise stakeholders to aligntechnology solutions with strategic goals

• Leadcross-functional teams to deliver integrated, enterprise-level solutions

• Communicatestatus, risks, value, and outcomes to senior leadership

People Leadership & Culture

• Hire, develop, and lead ahigh-performing, AI-ready workforce

• Establish performance standards, provide coaching, and support career development

• Promote a culture ofinnovation, accountability, and continuous learning

• Champion BEP values aroundcrew engagement, inclusion, and client focus

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Manage delivery metrics, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Overseebudgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning

• Ensure adherence tocybersecurity, risk, and compliance standards

• Identify and mitigate risks across the delivery lifecycle

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery. Previous leadership experience required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams

• Proven experience inAgile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices

• Strong background inenterprise automation and workflow platforms (e.g., UiPath, Appian, or similar)

• Demonstrated ability to delivercomplex, cross-functional technology initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deliveringAI/GenAI-enabled solutions, including agentic or autonomous systems

• Knowledge ofcloud platforms and data integration (e.g., AWS-based ecosystems)

• Familiarity withAI workflow orchestration, APIs, and event-driven architectures

• Experience inprompt engineering and LLM-based solution design

• Strong understanding ofcybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, ITIL)

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Onlyqualified external applicants will be considered.
