WearelookingforanexperiencedQualityAssurance Specialistwhowillhavetheopportunity tobuildtheSquad’s QApracticesandprocessesfromthegroundup.Youwillinitiallyfocusonmanualtesting todevelop astrongunderstandingofthebusinessdomain,systemlandscape,andend-to-enduserflows.Basedonthisfoundation,youwillgraduallyshapethetestingstrategyanddrivethetransitiontowardeffectiveandsustainable testautomation.Inthisrole,youwillleadqualitypracticeswithintheteam, influencethetestingstrategy,andcontribute tobothmanualandautomatedtestinginanAgileenvironment.Inaddition to QAskills,weexpectyou toleveragemodern AIdriven‑testingpractices toaccelerateanalysis,improvecoverage,andenhanceoveralltestingefficiency. 

As aQualityAssurance Specialist,youplay akeyroleinensuringtherequiredqualitylevelofsoftwaredeliveriesacrosstheentiresystem.Youleadthe test processwithintheteam,defineandcontrol testscope,andareresponsiblefor testdeliverablesthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle. 

Aholistictestingmindsetisessential -youlookbeyondindividualfeaturesandvalidateend-to-endbusinessflows,integrations, risks,and non-functionalaspects.Youalsousevarioustools toboostproductivityandimprovetheconsistencyofqualityengineeringactivities. 

Whatareyougoing to do? 

• Driveandimprovethe test processwithintheteam
• Createandexecute testplansand testcases
• Combine API, UI,integration,andend-to-endbusinessflowtesting
• Participatein testautomationscopedefinition,develop testscenariosandanalyzeresults
• Apply risk-basedapproachesandensureproper testcoverage
• Collaboratecloselywithdevelopers,POs,analysts, UX,andbusinessusers
• ApplyHolisticviewoftestingbysupportingShift-leftapproaches
• Collaboratewithpeoplefromotherfunctionalareas
• ParticipateinAgileceremoniesandreleasetesting
• TrackdefectsandmaintaindocumentationinAzureDevOps 

What doweexpectfromyou? 

Musthave 

• 4+yearsofhands-onexperiencewithbothmanualandautomatedtesting,and agenuineinterestinworkingwithbothaspartoftherole
• Goodunderstandingof QAmethodologiesandAgile/Scrum
• Openmindsetandwillingness tocollaborate 
• ExperiencewithAPI,GUI/Webapplicationtesting
• APIand UI testautomation.Gherkin/Cucumber (BDD)
• SQLknowledge
• Day-to-dayresponsibilitiesrequire agood/excellentlevelofEnglish tocommunicatewithclientsandcolleaguesfromothercountries
