Position Summary

As aPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that improve residents’ mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

• Providedirect patient care according to individualized treatment plans
• Assist residents with exercises to improvestrength, balance, and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Active, unencumberedPTA license in South Carolina (required)
• Experience in askilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity withPointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
