Job Title: REXX Developer (z/OS)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai

Remote (US Timing) - IST 6.30 pm to 2 pm

Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedREXX Developer with a minimum of5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining REXX applications in IBM Mainframe environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inBroadcom OPS/MVS automation rules,z/OS,DB2, andSQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications usingREXX on IBM Mainframe.
• Design and supportBroadcom OPS/MVS automation rules for system automation and monitoring.
• Work withz/OS system components and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and optimizeDB2 SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system stability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience withJCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and IBM Utilities.
• Knowledge of Mainframe scheduling tools such asCA-7 orControl-M.
• Familiarity with Mainframe source code management tools (e.g.,Endevor orChangeman).
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum5 years of experience inREXX programming.
• Strong knowledge ofBroadcom OPS/MVS rule development and automation.
• Good understanding ofIBM z/OS operating system.
• Hands-on experience withDB2 database development.
• Strong proficiency inSQL.
• Experience in debugging and resolving production issues in Mainframe environments.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
