Turner & Townsend is seeking an experiencedĀ Scheduler/ Planner Manager to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.Ā
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).āÆ
- Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.āÆ
- Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.āÆ
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.āÆ
- Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.āÆ
- Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS.āÆ
- Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.āÆ
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.⯠Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies, perform schedule analytics, and prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level schedule communications.
- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, risks, assumptions, and variances that may impact schedule performance, and assess associated impacts to project delivery.
- Assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.āÆ
- Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Project/Program specifications:
- Project/Program specific responsibilities: Schedule/ Planner Manager
- Market sector experience: Commercial Real Estate, Life Sciences, Commercial Occupier
- Project/program size in dollar value: >=$1B
- Software specific requirements: Microsoft Suite, Oracle P6
- Bachelorās degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
- Between 3-5 years of applicable experience.
- Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.Ā
- Expertise using Primavera P6.Ā
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification Requirements: AACE Certification (preferred)
- Expertise using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheets (preferred).
The salary range for this full-time role is$110K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. āÆPlease note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidateās experience and qualifications.Ā
