Responsabilidades
- Fornecer suporte aos usuårios finais e responder às solicitaçÔes registradas em nosso helpdesk D365.
- O Analista de Suporte D365 serå responsåvel por lidar com uma variedade de questÔes relacionadas a åreas como gerenciamento e configuração de projetos, processo de compras, faturamento de clientes, intercompany e ordens de compra.
- Pesquisar e recomendar soluçÔes para problemas levantados pelos usuårios.
- Oferecer treinamentos individuais ou em pequenos grupos para grupos especĂficos de usuĂĄrios.
- Reportar e investigar bugs e incidentes.
- Manter e atualizar materiais de treinamento no D365 Hub.
- Apoiar o perĂodo de âhyper careâ para novas regiĂ”es que estĂŁo migrando para o D365.
- Executar tarefas administrativas do sistema conforme designadas.
- Apoiar pequenas alteraçÔes de configuração no ambiente D365 em produção.
- Testar alteraçÔes de configuração aprovadas em ambientes de teste para garantir a prontidão para produção.
- InglĂȘs fluente OBRIGATORIO - Nosso time atende demandas de toda a nossa estrutura institucional.
- ExperiĂȘncia com sistemas ERP, especialmente D365, Ă© um diferencial, mas nĂŁo essencial.
- CompreensĂŁo de sistemas e processos de negĂłcios.
- Boa comunicação, capaz de orientar usuårios operacionais sobre como realizar processos no D365.
- Foco no cliente, acostumado a fornecer suporte a usuårios e equipes exigentes, incluindo stakeholders seniores.
- ConfortĂĄvel em trabalhar em um ambiente dinĂąmico e acelerado, demonstrando flexibilidade e atitude proativa.
